ANS' awareness rally reaches Ballarpur
A MASS awareness rally organised statewide by Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANS) with an aim of effective implementation of the Anti-Black Magie Act passed by the Maharashtra Government during Winter Session of the State Assembly reached Ballarpur and conducted an awareness programme in the premises of Ballarpur Mahila College, recently.
It may be mentioned here that the Slate Assembly has passed the Anti-Black Magic Act during its Winter Session.
Maharashtra ANS has organised a mass awareness rally throughout the Slate with an aim to create awareness regarding the Ami- Magic Act and effective implementation of the Act.
ANS has decided to complete the rally within 85 days. Around 250 or more awareness programmes have been organised under the auspices Of ANS till the date.
Prof Anil Shinde, Secretary of Sarvasewa Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. Chandrapurand Dr Sulabha Gawande. Principal of Ballarpur Mahila College welcomed the rally. Suryakant Khanke. District President of the ANS. acquainted the gathering with the objectives of the massawareness rally in his introductory remarks. Gajendra Surkar. Assistant State Working President of ANS, informed the gathering about the works done by ANS till the date from the date of its foundation.
He also guided on the invaluable contribution and struggle of Dr Narendra Dabholkar for passing the Ami Black Magic Act. P M Jadhav presented a song on Eradication of Superstitions. Dr Sulabha Gawande demonstrated various practical experiments.
