Cancer awareness rally today at RST Regional Cancer Hospital
RST REGIONAL Cancer Hospital along with Cancer Relief Society is celebrating. 'No Tobacco Day' on Saturday. May 31.2014. A rally on cancer awareness has been organised at 8.30 am in collaboration with Ministry of Health-Government of India, Ministry of Health Government of Maharashtra. Indian Medical Association-Nagpur branch. Indian Cancer Society. Association of Surgeons India. Lion's Club of Nagpur Central. Rotary Club Nagpur Ishanya. Hedgewar Blood Bank. Shri. Ayurvedic College. Sanjeevani. Snehaanchal. Prakash Nursing School. Shalaya Arogya and Paryavaran Mandal and Suretech Nursing School.
A Cancer Exhibition will also be arranged for general public from May 31 to June 7 between 9 am to 5 pm which will have posters, slogans and live specimen of oral cavity cancer due to tobacco, on display.
Dr Milind Naik Vice President Of National IMA (HQ) will be the chief guest, Dr Sanjay Deshpande - President of IMA will be the guest of honour. Dr Abhay Sinha -President Association of Surgeons India will be the special invitees, the Cancer Relief Society's members and other dignitaries will be present in the programme.

Superintendent. Dr Pranay Taori Convener and Rashmi Raut Administrative Officer of RST Regional Cancer Hospital have appealed all medical fraternity, paramedical and general public to attend the programme in large number.
