Intl Red Gross Day celebrated with gusto
INTERNATIONAL Red Cross Day was celebrated here at Red Cross Bhavan with great enthusiasm. Dr Mangcsh Tipnis, Noted Surgeon and President of Chandrapur chapter of Indian Medical Association. Dr Mangesh Gulwade. Vice-president. Maharashtra Indian Medical Association and Project Director. Dr B11 Dabhere. Secretary. Chandrapur unit of Red Cross Society. Dr Prafulla Bhaskarwar. Treasurer. Vanita Kanade were on the dais on the occasion.
At the outset, the guests paid rich tributes to Henry Dunot, founder of Red Cross Society. The girls of Nurses School presented a welcome song suited to the occasion.
They gave the message of clean chandrapur-green chandrapur through their song.
The students of Jubilee High School presented a skit based on polythene. plastic free Chandrapur.
