by Block Development Officer and Sarpanch against some of the villagers during the monthly meeting that took place on May I at Kholapur Police Station, to appoint enquiry committee for tlieenquiry of Vishroli Tap Scheme and to take action against the culprits and regarding their various demands. They also have given an ultimatum till May 10 to the administration to fulfil their demands and also have warned to staged hunger strike before District Collectorate from May 12, As their demands are not fulfilled the villagers on Monday have staged hunger strike in large numbers for pressing their demands. Sanjay Band. District Shiv-Sena Chief and also the former MLA and Nana Nagmoie. former Disirici Chief have paid visit the agitation venue along with their supporters and later discuss with District Collector. The agitators later have withdrew their agitation after discussing with District Collector.
Vishwas Burghate. ex-ZP member. Amol Mahale. GP member. Mukund Burghate. Bhanudas Burghate. Kshitij Dahake. Vanda Rawekar. Panchayat Samiti Member. Mohammad Rajq Mohammad Hanif. Balu Sakhare. Sindhu Torat. Maya Burghate. Amit Mahatme. Syyed Taufiq. Nikhil Sakhare. Feroj. Raju Thorat. Jyoti Pachare and many others have participated in the agitation.
