MSEDCL launches 24x7 toll free numbers
W11ILE closing down its local Grievances Redressal Centres, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has started a toll-free consumer grievances redressal service. These two toll-free numbers are 18002003435 and 18002333435. and they will be operational 24x7. The local Grievances Redressal Centres have been closed down since Pebruary 2014. Now, the consumers may register their grievances/complaints pertaining to interruption in power supply or other service-related matters by calling on to the toll-free numbers. MSEDCL has also made available the facility of one-time registration of consumer number, using the toll-free service. If a consumer has any complaint/grievance, he/she has to make a call on any of the given toll-free number and register his/her consumer number only once from his/her telephone number. Next time, if the same consumer makes a call from the same registered telephone number, he/she will not be required to register consumer number again. Consumers may register up to three telehone mobile numbers.
