'Gujarati Youth Festival' from May 31
SHREE Gujarait Samaj is organising 'Gujarati Youth Festival' from May 31 to June 29. Manish Mehta of Amar Swaroop Pariwar is the main sponsor of this festival while Batukbhai and Sons Jewellers is the co-sponsor. The festival is named as 'Amar Swaroop Gujarait Youth Festival.
The same will be inaugurated on May 31 at Rajwada Palace, Gandhi Sagar. A torch of youth festival and logo will be released on this occasion. Treasure Hunt contest will be held on June I while contests like Skating. Swimming. Chess. Carom. Table Tennis, Bad Minton ete will be held on June 2.3 and 4 respectively. Essay and drawing, painting contests will be held on June 5 while elocution and quiz contest will he held on June 8.
Audition of solo act and 'Jara Nach Ke Dikha a dance contest will he held on June 13 while audition of prince of Gujarati Samaj will be held on June 15. Semi Final of dance contest and selection of prince and princess finalist will he held on June 21.
Final round of acting and dance contest will be held on June 22 while eroomina session of Prince and Princess of Gujarati Samaj-2014 will be held from June 22 to 28. A grand final round of the same will he held at Dr Vasantrao Deshpande hall on June 29. Samaj president Shailesh Dwivedi has appealed to community people to participate in the festival in large numbers.
