Martyr jawans given final salute
THE police jawans killed in landmine blast were given final salute on Monday morning at the Police Ground here in presence of Director General of Police Sanjeev Dayal.
21 rounds of gun were fired in the air as a mark of honour to the martyr jawans.
Rashmi Shukla, Assistant DG. Ashok Nete. ex-MLA. Anupkumar Singh. Special Inspector General of Police. Rajendra Kadam. DIG. Mohd Suvez Haque. Superintendent of Police. Shashi Kumar Meena and Rajkumar Shinde. Add SPs. were prominently present on the occasion.The seven police jawans were kilted in a landmine hlasi triggered off by Maoists on Sunday morning near village Murmuri in Chamorshi taluka.
The names of the jawan are Deepak Vighave, Sunil Madavi. Roshan Dambarc. Suhhash Kumre. Tirupati Allam. Laxman Munde and DuryodhanNaktode. PankajShidam and Hemant Bansod were injured in this blast.
Dayal and other officers consoled the family members of the martyr jawans on the occasion.
A large number of people and residents including relatives of the martyr jawans. police officials were present at Police Ground on the occasion.
