POST offices in Vidarhha arc facing shortage of post card, die common man's means of communication. Since past six months die Department of Posts has been unable to replenish the stock resulting in severe inconve- /jv ^^
nience to the com- <ril<a mon man. Apart from the cards, even there is nonavailability of inland letters and also the revenue stamps. In fact, revenue stamps are needed almost daily for registration of documents and other general use.
The fact came to fore after a delegation of Akhil Bhartiya Grahak Kalyan Parishad met with Assistant Director (Vidarhha Region) A V Patil, Department of Posts. Nagpur. and held a discussion with him about the problems faced by the people. The delegation was led by its Vidarhha unit
