Install biometric machines, repair old ones to check attendance in ZP, PS'
THE office-bearers and members of of Zilla Parishad (ZP) and Panchayat Samilis have stressed on the need for installation of biometric machines in the offices and Panchayal Samitis 10 check attendance of employees. Mosi of the machines already installed are out of use as they developed some snag.
Taking an aggressive stand. PS Chairman Virendra Deshmukh. Subject Committee chairman Chakradhar Goto. ZP member Swapnil Sarnaik and others urged ZP officers 10 install the biometric machines. IF the machines are defunct they must be repaired without delay, they said The office-hearers said that people from various pans of the district come to Washim for getting their work done at the ZP and PS. They are disappointed if the concerned officers or employees are not present in the office and have to return empty handed. It is unfortunate that in the ZP. which is regarded as 'mini mantralaya". the hiometric machines are lying defunct since past several months, the officers said.
