Prize distribution function held at Sardar Patel College

A PRIZE distribution ceremony of the General Knowledge Test and Rakhi Making Competition organised at local Sardar Patel College run by Sarvodaya Shikshan Mandal was conducted in the presence of Dr Nikam. recently. Dr J A Shaikhk. Principal of the college presided over the programme while Jayashri Khanke. Vice-Principal of Junior College. R S Peshattiwar. Supervisor, Dr L V Shende. former Vice-Principal. Umakant Guru. Cultural Department Chief. Prof M M Satpute. General Knowledge Test Chief, and Vijay Raul. Rakhi Making Competition Chief, were also presenl on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Nikam said that with an aim to inculcate cultural values among students. various competitions and activities are being organised along with academic programmes in the college.

In his presidential address. Dr Shaikh showered praising words on the winners and the participants. Sachin Bapat won first place while Ankil Yenurkar and Shrutika Belage held second and third positions respectively in General Knowledge Test whereas in Rakhi Making Competition. Priya Navandhar bagged first prize while Juhi Zade and Vijayalaxmi Toshniwal won second and third prizes respectively. Jayashri Khanke delivered introductory remarks. Prof Shital Katkam-warconducted the programme while Vijay Raut proposed vote of thanks.
