A TWO-MEMBER Nagpur Bench of Mumbai High Court comprising judges Vasanti Naik and A R Bora today cancelled the order of Amravati's Divisional Commissioner regarding appointment of Sunil Kale as Group Leader of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) in Amravati Municipal Corporation (AMC). The decision has given relief to Avinash Mardikar, present Group Leader of NCP. It is also a shot in the arm for the crisisridden Sulbha Khodke group of NCP but a jolt to MLA Ravi Rana and Navneel Rana. State NCP had submitted a letter
