A WORKSHOP for headmasters of secondary schools organised by Vidya Bharali was held al Tirupali Tantra Nikctan here.

Inaugurating the study class. Dr Ranjit Patil MLC expected that some positive output regarding quality of education should come out of the workshop. The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Premlalji Bhala. Western Regional Chief of Vidya Bharati. while Sudhakarrao Randc. Vice-President of Vidya Bharati Western Region, was the chief speaker on the occasion.

Shrikant Deshpande MLC was the chief guest. Sachin Joshi. Secretary of Saraswati Education Society. was also present on ihe dais.

Addressing the participants headmasters who had come from Akola. Washim, Buldana. Amravati and Yavatmal districts, Dr Ranjit Paiil said, "We have to slop the commercialisation of education. Saving Marathi medium schools from extinction has heen a challenge for all of us." he added.

Sudhakarrao Rande. Vice-President of Vidya Bharati Western Region, in his speech elaborated on ihe work of Vidya Bharati. He said the institute aims at establishing the concept of national education afresh.

Speaking on the occasion. Shrikani Deshpande called upon the teachers 10 inculcate the values of H'mdutva through education. Ajay Sanghwai conducted the programme.
