Women must be aware of self-defence techniques'

A DAY LONG seminar on 'Self-defence awareness amongst women' was organised by Women's Grievances Committee of Prof Ram Meghe Iastitute of Technology and Research. BaUnera, al college recently. Kiran Mishra. Law Officer to Superintendent of Police, Amravati was present as the key note speaker for the programme.
Ragini Deshmukh inaugurated the seminar whileS PBodkhc. Principal of Prof Ram Meghe Institute of Technology and Research, Badnera and M S Bhende. President of Women's Grievances Committee of Ram Meghe Institute of Technology aiki Research. Badnera was present as the chief guests-Addressing in her presidential speech. Ragini Deshmukh expressed her views on self-defence awareness amongst women.
Bodkhe also expressed his views on the topic. Kiran Mishra, chief speaker for the programme, interacted with all the girls and women faculty members of the college regarding awareness of crime and self defence.
She also expressed the need of self defence among the women in todays society. Bhende. R RTuteja. Coordinator. and all the staff members from the institute took pains for the successful organisation of the programme.
