School material given to students, saplings planted
RAMKRISHNA Mahavidyalaya. Darapur, run by Shri Dadasaheb Gavai Charitable Trusi had organised different programmes recently on the Dr Kamal Gavai. President of the trust. English, Library and History departments distributed school material to the school students. Economics and political science department had organised tree plantation programme and different types of saplings were planted.
Physical education. Marathi and NSS departments held a grand public awareness rally. Home Economics and Food Technology Department organised lecture of Yashwant Haraneon "Union budge! 2014-15'. Competitive exams were organised by History. Geography. Commerce and competitive exam department for the students of school and colleges at Darapur. Chandikapur and Wathoda Shukleshwar villages.
Biscuits were distributed to patients of Darapur Hospital Co-operation department and non-teaching staff. Blood donation camp was organised by Social Science. NSS and physical education department.
The week long celebrations con eluded with Bal Anapan Camp organised by Pali Department and non-teaching staff. Dr B P Adhau. Secretary of the Trust and Dr Kundun Alone co-operated for the all programmes.
