Ravi Rana directs officials to give aid to flood-hit villagers
MLA Ravi Rana recently paid visit to Kund Khurd. Gopgawhan. Adangaon, Haturna. Kund Sarjapur. Wasewadi and Bhatkuli village from Badncra Assembly Constituency which have suffered heavy loss due to the wet drought condition look place recently after the incessant rain in the district.
MI.A Rana visited these villages along with the Administrative Officers and issued instruction regarding to provide immediate aids to these villagers.
Incessant rain coupled with strong wind has caused damaged to Kund Khurd. Gopgawhan. Adangaon. Haturna. Kund Sarjapur. Wasewadi and Bhatkuli village in Badnera Assembly Constituency. The heavy rain has caused damages to the houses, roads substantialy along with the crops. Trees also have been uprooted in these villages while garbage gathered in these villages have added to the problems of these villagers. Taking cognizance or this, MLA Ravi Rana look Raihi. Executive Engineer from Pedhi Dam project.Deshpande, Sub-Divisional Officer. Mohan Paturkar. Additional District Collector, Tehsildar from Bhaikuli Tchsil, Agriculture Officers. BDO. Engineer from Public Works Department and other officers to these villages and have taken review of the damaged caused.
During the inspection they found that the contact with Kund khurd and Kund Sarjapur villages was cut off as the bridge of the Pedhi river passing from these 2 villages had been washed away due to Hood. Pipe lines of water supply was also broken at many of the villages.
MLA Rana as directed the officials to make Gharkul and financial aids available to the flood affected people, repair the roads immediately and remove the garbage and also repair the pipelines in these villages.office bearers and activists of Yuva Swabhiman Sanghatana from Bhatkuli Tchsil were present in large numbers on the occassion.
