Notice to Chandrapur cops with direction to maintain status quo
JUSTICE Bhushan Dharmadhikari and Justice C.V.Bhadang, at the High Court here, have issued notice to the respondent- State Govt., its officers. Superintendent of Police. Chandrapur and Revenue officers based at Chandrapur and Yavatmal with direction to them 10 show cause by August 12 next, in reply to the criminal writ petition filed by landowners - Sushilaben Patel and other 3 land-owners, who seek direclions from the Court for probe and
action against the respondent -officers. The Court has also directed the respondents to maintain status quo. in the meanwhile.
