Brijlal Biyani College Principal booked for threatening employee
RAJAPETH Police have registered offence against Satyanarayan Lohiya. Principal of well-known Shri Brijlal Biyani Science College, for abusing and threatening an employee of the college.
Afsar Ali Mohammad Ali. an employee in the college, had lodged a complaint with Rajapeth Police on May 22. June 20 and later again on July 8 alleging that Principal Lohiya misbehaved with him. When police allegedly did not pay heed to his complaint. Ali approached DrSuresh Mclkala. Commissioner of Police, who later directed Rajapeth Police lo lake action in this regard. Accordingly. Rahapeih Police registered offence againsl Principal Dr Lohiva on under section 107.116/3 Of IPC.
Dr Lohiya had personally applied for bail and was later given it.
According to information. Afsar Ali Mohammad Ali had demanded promotion but was turned away. He submitted a petition in this regard in the court and since then he was allegedly facing menial harrasment. Afsar Ali complained about this alleged torture and the court had ordered to take action againsi Lohiya under sections 294, 295 (A). 504 and 506. The case is under trial at local court.
