Amravatians get soaked in 'Krishna Rangf

SANSKAR Bharati had organised a programme 'Krishna Rang' based on various aspects of Shri Krishna recently on the occasion of Gokul Ashtami. The programme was organised at Kranti Jyoti  hall of Asmita Vidya Mandir here in which senior and junior artists participated.

The programme started with the organisation song of Sanskar Bharati. 'Sadhayati Sans kar Bharati. Sadhate Navjecvanam'. Soommani Dr Kamal Bhonde. Vice President of Vidarbha Sanskar Bharati presented the Bandish 'Mohe Baat Chalat Chhedo na Bihari' in the Gouri Raga and Naahi Padat Me Ka Chain' in Bhairavi Raga. Dr Jayashree Vaishnav, President of Amravati Sanskar Bharati presented 'Dheet Langar Khel Na Mose Hori' in Mishra MoandRaga. Dr Vaishnav, Sonali Chati and Vandana Bhcrade presented a folk song on the life of Shri Krishna. Dr Mcenal Thakare sung self composed 'Mohe Darshan Dijo Sham' in Malkans Raga followed by 'Karuna Suno Mori Sham' composed by Dr Kamal Bhonde.  Ashutosh Deshpande presented (he song 'Neej Roop Dakhava Ho* while Gajanan Kale sung the Gauhm 'Davya Gudaghyanc Rangato. Gajanan Ketkar presented die song "Thakale Re Nandlala' and the Bandish 'Payalia Baje Re Chumm Chhanan' in Jonsammohim Raga. Sonali Asarkar presented drama song 'Narvar Krishna Saman' and 'Chal Uthh Re Mukunda' song of poet late Suresh Bhal. Alhad Alsi sung the 'Bataiaam Kashale Gola. Krishna Tuch Kashale Kala' in Geei Govind Of Pi Manohar Kavishwar. Alok and Alliad AIsi prcscnlcd ihc famous song 'Kanavyane Ghadalo Manuss  Different interpretations of character of Krisha was presented in this programme through classical and semi classical music. Dr Ashwini Paralkar compered the programme. Prasad Pande and Swapnil Sardeshmukh on labia,  Gajanan Ketkar and Gajanan Kale on harmonium and Harish Landge on violin accompanied die singers. Shrikant Pundlik. city secretary of Sanskar Bharali conducted the programme and proposed a vote of thanks.
