SGAU employees Mete, Kaswekar felicitated on superannuation
VIJAY Mete and Tukaram Kaswekar, employees of Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University, were felicitated on their retirement in a programme organised at Dr K G Deshmukh Hall at Amravati University.
Dr Ajay Deshmukh. Director of BCUD. presided over the programme. Chief guest Dr Praveen Raghuvanshi. In-charge Registrar Dr J D Wadte. Public Relation Officer Vilas Nandurkar. University Executive Engineer Vijay Chaware and President of Employees Association Ajay Deshmukh were present on the occasion.
At the outset, chief guests Dr Praveen Raghuvanshi and Dr Ajay Deshmukh felicitated Tukaram Kaswekar by offering shawl, shreefal. memento and bouquet on behalf of the university. Asha Premdas Ganvtr, Superintendent from Engineering Department, felicitated the wife of Kaswekar on behalf of the university by offering saree and gift.
In his speech. Dr Praveen Raghuvanshi said that the employees of the university have lion's share in development and success of the university. He praised Kaswekar and Vijay Mete for offering long service to the university and wished best luck for their future life on this occasion.
Dr Raghuvanshi asserted that vacancies created due to retirement or other reasons should get filled urgently in the university administration so that stress of work on employees would lessen.
In his presidential speech, Dr Ajay Deshmukh said that employee in the university is the foundation of the university system. All employees in the university work with motive, trust and on maintaining the sacredness of service. He further stressed the need of sanctioning of new posts in the university and hoped that government
