Man gets lifer in murder case
THE 6th District and Sessions Judge, P S Tarare on Friday sentenced Pradeep alias Bunty Haridas Mes-hram to life imprisonment for killing u young man in Dhamoli area.
According to prosecution, Meshram (21). a resident of Kushi Nagar. Jaripatka, killed Nameshwar alias Namya Ramprasad Kumre (25) in the ground near Government Technical School in Dhamoli area tin November 29. 2012 over a trivial issue. Kumre was also a resident of Kushi Nagar.On the basis of a complaint lodged by Ramrajsingh Daryasingh Chauhan (57). a resident of Kumbhartoli. Dhantoli Police arrested Meshram on charges under Section 302 of the IPC. Police Inspector Anil Shewale investigated the case and chargesheeted Meshram. As the charges were proved against Meshram. the court sentenced him to life imprisonment with a fine of Rs 1.000/-. Additional Public Prosecutor Vasant Narsapurkar represented the State.
