Katol cops arrest 7 for stealing computers from schools
IN A major breakthrough, Katol police arrested five persons and seized around eight desktop computers and a Mahindra Bolero car from their possession. The desktop computers were siolen from various government schools located at Umred. Narkhed, Aroli. Saonerand Kalmeshwar talukas.
The accused are identified as Vaibhav Prakash Kawadkar (24), a resident of Katol: Gajanan Suresh Urkude (20). a resident of Sabali vilage: Moreshwar Kishan Kumeria (22). a resident of Gonhi village; Pravin alias Roshan Dewaji Somkuwar (27). a resident of Khutamba village; Dhanraj Ramchandra Vaidya (38); Nisham Kewalrao Hajare. a resident of Timki. Nagpur. Pravin Tulshiram Paraie. a resident of Jagnath Budhawari.
Acting on lip-off. team of Katol police nabbed Vaibaha Kawadkar from his residence. During inierrogaiion. Kawadkar spilled beaas and confessed for the crime. The police have also seized aMahindra Bolero(MH-40/A-4089) from their possession.Police Inspector Bharai Thakre, PSI Anil Mandwe and slaff comprising Nivrutti Yawale. Rainakar Thakre. Sheshrao Rathod and Lakhan Mahajan were made the arrest.
