Vidya Mandir holds calligraphy contest

CALLIGRAPHY competition was organised by Vidya Mandir Secondary School. Satcfal run by Vidya Mandir Education Institute, in the school recently.

Chandrashekhar Chaudhary. President of Vidya Mandir Education Institute, chaired the programme while Ashosh Wede. member of the institute. DamodharTitare. Narendra Manwatkar. Headmaster of the school. D U Dcviare. Headmaster. Bodile. former Headmaster and Nilkanth Chaudhary. were present as the guests of honour.

Total 99 students from standard 1 to standard Xth participated in the competition. About 21 students participated in the Group 'A' comprising of students from standard 1st to IV in the competition. Out of them Pratiksha Girulkar. Saraswati Vidyalaya. Chandur Railway won the competition while Komal Munkar from Vidya Mandir Saiefal bagged the second prize.

In group B comprising of students from standard Vth to Vllth total of 26 students participated in which Tanaya Titare won the competition while Shrutika Jagnade remained on second place. While in the third group which was comprising of students from standard Vlllth 10 Xih total of 52 students participated. Bhagyashree Parvat of Sulabhatai Jagtap Vidyalaya. Nimgawhan and Krutika Patane of Chandur Kanya Shala. Chandur Railway bagged the firsi and second place respectively.

Prize were distributed at the hands of Chandrashekhar Chaudhary. Ashosk Wede. I ata Gofane. Gram Sevika. Nilkanth Chaudhary. Vijay Kalantri and Arvind Sarda.

Bhumika Titare who stood first in scholarship examination from Chandur Railway tehsil. Ashwini Zade, Shrutika Palil and Sonali Shende who passed the exam were also felicitated at the hands of guests.
