Dnyaneshwar Rajurkar is new Divisional Commr of Amravati
DNYANESHWAR Rajurkar. newly appointed Divisional Commissioner of Amravali look his charge on Thursday. Rajurkar has been transferred to Amravali as an Divisional Commissioner from Pune where he was working as the Commissioner of Physically Challenged Welfare Department.
Dnyaneshwar Rajurkar started his administrative service as a Deputy j Collector in 1985. He worked on the post of Deputy Collector tor about 13 years at Panvcl, Mawal. Ratnagiri. Thane and at Konkan. He was promoted on the post of District Collector at Buldana in 1998. Be also worked as Districi Collector at Jalgaon and was transferred to Pune on the post of Commissioner of Physically Challenged Welfare Depart mem in March 2014.
He was transferred to Amravati on the post of Divisional Commissioner on March 5 and replaced D R Bansod who got retired from the post of Divisional Commissioner of July 31. Madhav Chimaji. Deputy Commissioner was looking over ihe responsibility as an In-charge Divisional Commissioner since last 6 clays. Rajurkar took his charge from Madhav Chimaji and immediately after taking his charge conducted a meeting with senior officers and took review of the division.
