Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award for Dr Shurpatane
WELL-KNOWN Ayurrveda expert Dr Ramakant Shurpaianc from Chikhaldara has been selecied for Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award by Indian Solidarity Council. New Delhi. He will be presented the award a national-level seminar on social and economic development to be held held on August 22 at New-Delhi.
The award is given 10 personalities working in incredibly in different fields. Dr Shurpaiane has Studied many natural herbs available in the rich forests of Melghat and created herbal medicines. He has treated many critical patients successfully using these herbal medicines. He has also organised more than 5(X) camps in Vidarbha and Marathwada and helped people to recover from their health problems. He has given different identity to the hill station Chikhaldara. He had also treated Sam Gulabrao Maharaj and many other dignitaries. He has got many certificates and awards for his work. Dr Shurpatane wishes to provide employment to Melghat people through herbal medicines. He has been congratulated by many for getting selected for the Raj iv Gandhi Excellence Award.
