386 forms procured in distt, 3 nominations filed so far

AS ON Tuesday. September 23. total 386 aspirants had taken the nomination forms in the district foe the eight Assembly constituency seals. Further, 3 candidates, one each from Badnera. Amravati and Teosa. have so far filed their nomination forms.

The process of distribution and filing of nomination forms started on September 20. TillTuesday. total of 386 candidates from the district had taken the nomination forms from their respective tehsils.

Amravati Constituency leads the table as total 89 aspirants have taken forms. From Dhamangaon Railway constituency. 35 nomination forms have been taken by the aspirant candidates. 20 aspirants have taken 58 nomination forms in Badnera constituency. 55 nomination forms have been taken by aspirant candidates in Teosa constituency. 47 at Daryapur. 16 at Melghat. 42 at Achalpur while 44 forms have been taken by the aspirant candidates in Morshi Constituency of the district.

Meanwhile, only 3 candidates have tiled (their nomination forms. The)e include Purushoitam Bagadi from Amravati constituency. Prof Jaideep Deshmukh from Badnera and Subhash Devidas Lokhandc from Teosa constituency of the district.

Last date for filing of nomination forms is September 27 and all the prominent candidates are expected the file their forms between September 25 and 27.

S cruitiny of all the nomination forms will take place on September 29 while last date for withdraw! of nomination forms will be October I.
