Bengali Education Society's Durga Puja Exhibition opens

                                                                                    

DEVELOPMENT of infrastructure, providing job opportunity to local youth and to make Nagpur the greenest city in the country are the main targets tor Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) for coming couple of years, said youngest Mayor of Nagpur Pravin Datke during the inauguration of Durga Puja Exhibition jointly organised by Bengali Education Society and Bengali Association at Dinanalh High Schin and Junior College ground on Thursday. Datke emphasised to provide good job opportunities for local students in city itself instead of going for job to other cities like Pune. Mumbai. Bangalore and Hydrahad. Ik-said that MIHAN is the biggest platform for the civic body to work on creating jobs in the city.

Addressing during the function. Datke said that the exhibition is became a part of our culture for Nagpur.And. during Navratri even' people of Nagpur once visit this exhibition. He also appreciated the organising committee who maintained the age old culture to host this event every year consistently.

As a guest of honour of the programme. Banwarilal Purohil. Former MP and Managing Editor of The Hitavada said that religion is like a pillar for Indian culture and various festivals sustaining its richness from ancient time. Similarly. Durga Puja exhibition is also a biggest example of cultural richness.

He also appreciated the organisers effort for conducting such a big event in the city.
