Kalpataru Socy honoured with Youth Award
KALPATARU Bahuddeshiya Sanstha of the city has been honoured with state-level Youth Award by the School Education and Sports Department of Maharashtra for its commendable work in the field of youth services.
The award was presented to Kunal Padalwar. President of the Sanstha, recently at the hands of the Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan recently in a function held at Sahyadri Guest House Mumbai.
Padmakar Walvi, Minister for Sports. Ashwini Bhide. Secretary of School Education and Sports Department. Pankaj Kumar. Commissionerof Sports Department, and N B Nagmote, Joint Director of Sports Department, were prominently present on the occasion.
The award consisted of cash Rs 1 lakh, memento and certificate.
The well-wishers of Padalwar have congratulated him for the prestigious honour.
