ISTE Student's chapter inaugurated at RGERT

                                                                                           

THE inauguration of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) Student's chapter of Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Research and Technology (RCERTK) here recently.

The college initiates technical events every year for the students under ISTE to gel acquainted with the emerging trends in engineering. These events runner intend to cultivate right blend to skill, attitude, technical and theoretical knowledge in the students to have pace with the competitive world. ISTE Student's chapter 2k 14-15 was inaugurated in the chief presence of Dr Subhash. Principal, Janata College. Principal Dr Kirtiwardhan Dixit, Chairman ISTE and Head of Department. Mechanical Engineerin Dr D V Bhope. Staff Advisor, ISTE Prof Devashri Raich, and Chairman of ISTE Harpreet Ghotra and others eminent guests were prominently present on the occasion.

ISTE has been organising various events including paper presentation, model exhibition blind C. software gallery, best of waste, robo race and others. The prize disribiton for Memento Designing competition was held during the programme. Pranali Nagpure won the prize while Kamlcsh Biswas settled with runner up were given the prizes at the hands of Dr Suhhash.

Dr D V Bhope administrated oath to the core body members of the newly formed ISTE Student's chapter. Fatima Sheikh proposed a vote of thanks. Bireshwar Ganguly Prof Madhavi Tola, core members of ISTE, all HoDs. teaching staff and non-teaching members and students worked hard for the success of programme.
