Prahar Sanghatana to chakkajam stir on 7th
PRAHAR Sanghatana will stage chakkajam agitation at Aehalpurand Chandur Bazar tehsil of the district. The agitation will be stage to demand changes in the criteria for availing aids to the Hood affected people. The chakkajam agitation will stage on August 7. informed Bacchu Kadu here in a press conference.
Addressing further MLA Kadu alleged that. Achalpur and Chandur Bazar tehsil of the district have suffered heavy loss as Irrigation Department did not give alert call to the villagers from Pedhi river bank while releasing the water from the dam.
The flood water has caused financial loss as well as claimed lives. It has caused damages to roads, bridges, crops, houses, agricultural lands etc. But even in the era of inflation administration has provided aid to the flood affected and natural calamity affected people as per its old criteria. Hence he has demanded to immediately make available aids to these flood affected people and also to make changes in the administrative criteria for making available aids to the flood affected people.
He also has demanded to give Rs. 1 lakhs to the people whose houses have suffered partial damages. Rs. 10 lakhs per acre to the farmers, to inform through loudspeakers to the related villages three hours before releasing die water from the dam. to give aids to Wange and Gavai families, to rehabilitate villagers from Ghatladki. Belmandali. Kajadi. Rajanapurna and Madhan village who have suffered maximum loss.
