In Daryapur Panchayat Samiti. Rekha Wakpanjar of RP1 and Sanjay Deshmukh of Shiv Sena have been elected as the Chairman and Deputy Chairman respectively.
Nationalist Congress Party regained power at the 10 members of Warud Panchayat Samiti as Nita Surendra Jichkar and Mohan Alone of the party won the election for the posts of Chairman and Deputy Chairman respective!).
In the election held for the post of Chairman Nita Jichkar defeated her nearest rival Sunita Dahake of Congress by 2 votes. Nita Jichkar polled 6 votes while Sunita Dahake polled 4 votes. While for the post of Deputy Chairman Mohan Alone defeated nearest rival Renuka Patil of Congress by the same margin.
In Chandur Bazar Panchayat Samiti Prahar Sanghatana led by MLA Bacchu Kadu once again regained power. Archana Swasarmol and Rajcsh Solav of the party have been elected as the Chairman and Deputy Chairman respectively. In the election held for the post of Chairman. Archana Awsarmol defeated Shivanand Madane by only I vote as Awsarmol got 6 votes against 5 to Madane. While in the election held for the post of Deputy Chairman. Rajesh Solav defeated Nandkishor Bhoyar of Congress by 8 votes. Bhoyar succeeded in getting only his votes while all the other 9 voters participated in the voting have polled their voles against him. In the II members of Chandur Bazar Panchayat Samiti only 10 members have participated in the voting while one belonging to Congress remained absent which cost party the post of Chairman. The election has increased the temperature in the district for the upcoming Assembly election. The supporters of all the respective elected Chairman and Deputy Chairman celebrated the victories by dancing on the nines of Tashas. by distributing sweets and also by pulling gulal on each others.
WARDHA: The election for the Chairman and Dy Chairman posts of eight Panchayat Samitis in Wardha district was held on Sunday in fair and peaceful manner. The result of Chairman's post are: BJP secured three. Congress clinched two. NCP got 2 seats and Swatantra Bharat Paksha secured I seal.
In Wardha Kunda Bhoyar of Congress was elected as the Chairman and Sandesh Kite of NCP retained as Deputy Chairman. Vaibhav Nawadkar. SDO was the Election Officer.

ARVI: Tara Tadam of Swatantra Bharat Paksha supported by Congress was unanimously elected as the Chairman of Arvi PS. BJP's Prahlad Nandurkar and Prakash Khonde of Congress secured 6 votes each. SDO and Election Officer Vilas Thakare and Tehsildar Manohar Chavan decided to conduct die draw. Through the draw. Prahlad Nandurkar was declared as the Vice-Chairman.
DEOLI: Both the posts of Chairman and Deputy Chairman were bagged by Congress. Bhagwan Bharane and Gulab Dafre were elected unopposed for the Chairman and his deputy respectively. Under the supervision of Harish Dharmik. LAO and Suresh Shinde. BDO. the election was held. HINGANGHAT: Sanjay Tapase of NCP is the new Chairman of Panchayal Samiti whereas Milind Kopulwar of Congress is ihe new deputy Chairman. Election Officer was SDO Ghanashyam Bhugaonkar. Prakash Mandwe. BDO assisted the Election Officer.
