Political parties gearing up for State Assembly polls

IN the wake of the ensuing Assembly elections to he held in the Stale, hectic activities of the local leaders of all the political parties have begun. The aspirants from different political parties have started lobbying and wooing the top leaders of the respective parties. Till, the final dates of polling arc announced by the Election Commission, the atmosphere of uncertainty will continue. Impatience of candidates from different political parties seeking party tickets is increasing day-by-day. From the prevailing state of political affairs in the district, nothing is certain at present, whether the Congress and Nationalist Congress party (NCP) will fight the ensuing Assembly elections independently of jointly. The leaders of both the parties are making contradictory statements and due to this, a state of uncertainty prevails amongst the leaders of the parties.
Not only the lop leaders of both the parties are still undecided, but the local leaders too arc confused with the slate of indecision thai prevails at the top level. The seat sharing between both the Congress and NCP is still undecided. Unless, final decision is taken by the top leaders of both the parties, the stalemate will continue. Till then the aspiring candidates have to bear. Similar is the position with the local leader of the BJP and Shiv Sena. The local leaders of both the parties and allied partners of the Mahayuti are also not aware what is being cooked and transpired amongsl the top leaders of the Mahayuti. Some leaders are making divergent statements by stalking claims on cerurn Assembly segments. The aspiring candidates of (he Mahaymi too are getting impatient as die state of indecision amongst the top leaders is a matter of worn' for them.
Once, the polling dates arc announced hy the Election Commission, the political scenario would be clear. Authoritative sources also revealed that the BJP will not repeal its some sitting MLAs who failed to maintain rapport with the people and failed in taking up development activities in their respective constituencies. Some of the silting MLAs of the BJP in the Virdarbha region lacked the vision of development, the report revealed. In light of the report, the BJP might reject them by giving a chance to the promising candidates. By the time, the BJP must have finalized the names of its candidates and the list will be disclosed at the opportune time.
In the meantime, some aspiring candidates seeking the BJP ticket from the Washim (Reserved) constituency are engaged in proclaiming themselves as the probable candidates for sure. They are not losing any opportunity to display their names on the banners and posters by extending their wishes to the people on different occasions. However, the sitting MLA from the Washim (Reserved ) constituency Lakhan Malik has left everything to the fate. He must be thinking, whatever happens will happen least bothering for the present and future. The decision of the party will be acceptable to him with no much fuss.
It is quite obvious that the aspiring candidates from different political parties are in the state of anxiety and this state will continue till the final dales of polling are announced by the Election Commission.
