A FARMERS' meet was held and felicitation of MP Nanahahu Paiolc was done in Sangadi the other day under the auspices of The Adarsh Cooperative Rice Mill. Sangadi.

Replying to the felicitation, Patolc thanked the people of Sangadi and surrounding area tor helping him in political field. He said that it was only baecause of the support of the local people that he. inspitc of having no political background, could make the journey from Zilla Parishad to the Parliament. This is why I will never forget Sangadi and will also strive for its progress, he added.

Regarding the spread of dengue in Bhandara and Gondia districts.Paiole said ihai meeting was held with the District Collectors and Health Department officials and a plan has been chalked out to deal with the problem.

Patole further accused the Democratic Front Government in Maharashtra of failing to utilise the funds provided by BJP-led Central Government in a proper way. He called upon people to vote a BJP Government into power in the State as well so that die process of development gels a boost.

Speaking about the Jan Dhan Yojana, Patole said that farmers and farm labourers should start a bank account so that the aid reaches them directly. He also asked them to lodge complaint against officials found to be dilly-dallying the process of aid release.
