Demand to send 5-yr-old girl's rapist to gallows

DEMANDING lo given capital punishment to Bipin Yadav. accused of harassing a 5-year-old girl living in Sardar Patel Ward of Ballarpur, a delegation headed by Chandansingh Chandel. senior Bhaniya Janata Party (BJP) leader, met visited Rajiv Jain. District Superintendent of Police, and submitted a memorandum.

The memorandum claimed that father of the victim girl is physically challenged and the act of harassment with a girl just 5 years of age is an act of inhumanity. The Ballarpur public has been aggrieved with the incident raising a question mark on the safety and security of women and girl child. Various organisations and associations have decided to launch severe agitation against the crime, the memorandum informed.

It may be   mentioned here that Bipin Yadav was arrested by Ballarpur Police within hours of the incident. He had allegedly lured the girl with a chocolate, took her to a farni and then committed the heinous act.

Meanwhile. Sudhir Muneantiwar visited the girl at District General Hospital. Chandrapur. Condition of the girl is serious. The delegation also requested Rajiv Jain to ensure that Bipin Yadav gets death penally. Replying to the request of the delegation. Rajiv Jain said that the Police Department is very serious about the incident and assured that he will personally try to ensure that the girl gets justice.
