Contribution of teachers in student's life i reinstated at Shivaji Horticulture College
A TEACHERS Day programme was organised by National Service Scheme (NSS) department of run by Shivaji Education Society and affiliated to Dr Panjabrao Deshmukh Agriculture University. Akola. Umakant Wadnerkar. Principal of the college, chaired the programme while Madhuri Ugale, NSS Programme Officer. Shashank Deshmukh. Dinesh Deshmukh and Atul Bonde were chief guests for the programme.
In his presidential speech. Umakant Wadnerkar said that Teachers Day is celebrated to express gratitude towards teachers who will are future of the country.
Madhuri Ugale. in her introductory remarks, informed about the importance of Teachers Day and also about the letter written by Abraham Lincoln to teachers.
Students including Purva Deshmukh. Karmaveer Patil. Sumit Thakare. Rajesh Chavan. Bhagyashrec Walshinge, Swahshri. Sumarti Bhusum. Anjali Bijwe. Akshay Iwnale and Prasad Ingle also threw light on the life of Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrushnan.
