He was as chief guest on the occasion of felicitation of newly-qualified chartered accountants organised by Nagpur Branch of ICAI at Sai Sabha Gruha. Nagpur.

He said that only hard work, dedication and commitment is the key to success and there are no alternative to excellence and they should not look for shortcuts to success.

He said that in today's competitive world, they need to dwell out some out of box thinking to succeed in life.

He said that chartered accountants are important part of the society and they effectively perform the task of helping the government to check financial and taxation compliance by businesses. He further asked them not to forge! the contribution of their parents in their success. He wished all the newly-qualified CAs a bright future and urged them to excel in their chosen path and make a good career in their lives.

CA Julfesh Shah. Vice Chairman and RCM. WIRC. guided the new entrants to the profession about their career option. He said. "A successful journey is not the one in which when you reach only the destination. Successful journey is one in which you enjoy the journey also."

He said. "There are ample opportunities and options for them and they can choose whatever field they wish but urged them to work hard." He cautioned them that what is required is to grab the same and achieve (he desired goal. He asked them not 10 look for big pay packages only but being the trustworthy professionals of the society they should also have social approach in their work.

He asked them to look forward towards achieving professional excellence and job satisfaction for career growth in life. He extended full support from WIRC in their professional endeavour.

Earlier Chairman of the Nagpur Branch CA Ashwini Agrawal congratulated all the new CAs. He asked them to focus on their area of interest and to opt accordingly. He said that this a unique programme because out of 143 branches of ICAI. only Nagpur Branch is organising such type of programme. The purpose of organising this programme is to felicitate them in front of parents so that their efforts and sacrifices in their success can be recognised, as achieving success without their blessings and support is impossible. He further said that the future of accountancy profession is promising as CAs play a significant role in the economic development of India. He said to be a part of India's growth CAs should maintain integrity, values and ethics at all limes as people rely and (rust them. He said, "From now onwards they will be stepping out into the challenging and a whole new world out there which awaits there entrance to succeed. But tor that they must know what awaits ahead of them and what perils and obstacles lies in their path in pursuit of future success and fortune." He asked them to expand the knowledge-base in view of globalization, amendments in law and end-user satisfaction.

Mementos were distributed to the 87 newly-qualified CAs from Nagpur and DISA. DRM qualified members at the hands of Hon. Justice Z A Haq.CA Umang Agrawal co-ordinated the programme and CA Kirti Agrawal, Vice-Chairman introduced the guest and Secretary CA Swapnil Ghate proposed formal vole of thanks.

Prominently present were CAs Sandeep Jotwani, Swapnil Agrawal. Surcn Duragkar. Kirit Kalyani. Rajesh PDM Agrawal. Anirudha Shenwai. Himesh Demble. Irfan Haq, Rajcev Damani. Girish Mundada. Anil Kothari and around 200 parents and guardians with their CAs wards.
