Rural hospital approved at Borgaon Manju, Patur
BORGAON Manju and Paiur have been approved a 30-bedded rural hospital under public Health Services of State Government.
As per government approval for the hospital land with area of 4 acres has been sanctioned for hospital premises, it is informed. Construction of proposed hospital building shall start immediately since the grant of Rs 4 crore for (he each hospital has been okayed by department. Each of the hospital shall have personnel of 25 including 1 Medical Superintendent. 3 medical officers. 7 nurses. I assistant superintendent, a technician a pharmacist, a laboratory assistant, a peon, a ward boy and one safai kamgar.
Akola district has 5 rural hospitals each at Balapur. Akot. Telhara. Barshitakli and Chatari while Murtizapur has a sub-district hospital.
Demand for a rural hospital at Borgaon Manju which is on National Highway was being pressed since long. With the latest sanction for these additional hospitals rural population in the adjoining area can hope for easily accessible medical services.
