FOOTBALLERS from Manohar Municipal Higher Secondary School have grabbed a spot in (he divisional-level football tournament in under 17 category.

The boys had defeated Gurunanak School team in the district-level inter-school tourney played at the grounds of   Police   Headquarters. The event was organised under the joint auspices of Maharashtra Slate Sports and Youth Secretariat, Pune and District Sports Office, Gondia.

Manohar Municipal Higher Secondary School team comprised Anis Quereshi. Aditya Meshram, Narayan Sharma. Bhushan Chandankhede. Mehulkumar Atram. Ashwin Telang. Shyam Bhongare. Vicky Raut.  Nilesh Jambhulkar, Mangesh Barriya. Subodh Bansod. Chciam Mankar. Saurabh Meshram. Gaurav Kuril. Nilesh Sahare and Saiim Sheikh.

Headmaster U P Rajankar. Municipal Council Chief Officer Sumam More, Civic Chief Kashish Jaiswal. Deputy Civic Chief Harshpai Rangari. sports teacher Bhuvan Bisen and Kishore Tawade have congratulated Manohar boys for bringing laurels to the school.
