THE Gadchiroli District Central Cooperative Bank has received ISO 9001:2008 certification for fulfilling the criterion of the Reserve Bank of India and NABARD. This is the first bank in Vidarnha region and second in the entire State to get such an honour.

The certificate was recently handed over to the Chief Executive Officer of the DCC Bank Satish Ayalwar at the hands of Shribhash Dutia. Hydrabad. Arun Nimbekar. Manager, T W Bhurse. Deputy. Manager. S M Alampatiawar. Deputy. Manager. D J Walde. Deputy Manager (Loan). M B Nikhade. Deputy Manager (Audit). G K Narad. Assistan. Manager (Recovery), R Y Sorte. Assistant. Manager (Development) were prominently present on the occasion.

The Gadchiroli district Central Cooperative Bank was founded in Nov 1985 with 14 branches and Rs. 4.50 crores deposits and Rs 5.52 crores advances. In the last 29 years. the hank has achieved tremendous progress and presently it has 50 branches and 4 extension cells. All the branches have been connected with CBS. RTGS. NEFT. ECS facility. The bank is connected with 4 lakh consumers all over the district including    farmers,    employees. traders, laborers, women self help groups etc.

Very shortly this hank iwill provide rupay debit card to its customers that will enable them to withdraw amount from any bank ATM in India, according a statement released by the bank. The bank is also going to provide facilities like mobile banking, internet banking, etc.

The bank Chairman Prancheet Poreddiwar has thanked all the consumers for their trust and support which led the bank to bag prestigious ISO certification.
