LAKADGANJ Police on Thursday look the younger brother of Rajesh Dhanalal Daware, prime accused in the sensational Yug Chandak kidnapping and murder case, into custody. Investigators suspect that the 17-year-old boy helped his elder brother Rajesh Daware in executing the evil designs. Copsalso recovered a rope from the boy which was allegedly    used    for  tying Yug, an eight-year-old son of noted dental surgeon Dr Mukesh Chandak. after his kidnapping on September  Beingaminor. cops produced him before a juvenile court. As per the court's order, he was sent to Observation Home. Prime accused Daware and one of his accomplices Arvind Singh. were earlier arrested for kidnapping and killing Yug on charges under Seclions 363.364 (A), 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. After their interrogation in police custody for a fortnight, the accused duo were sent to Central Jail after a JMFC court remanded them to magisterial custody till October 2. A resident of Guruvandana Apartment, Ohhapru Nagar. Yug was kidnapped by Rajesh and Arvind Singh on a seooterette after he returned from his school on September 1. A student of Centre Point School. Yug knew Rajesh as he used to work at his father's Chandak Denial Clinic. Before going with Daware and  Arvind Singh. Yug had handed over his school bag to the watchman and told him ihat would return after half an hour.

Rajesh and Arvind then took Yug near village Babulkheda on Lonkhairi-Patansawangi Road. Under a bridge, they brutally killed him. They removed his school T-shirt. They covered his body with teak leaves and placed boulders on it in a bid to destroy the evidence-Almost 30 hours of the incident, cops detected the heinous crime and arrested the culprits. Cops seized the cellphones of the accused, a scooterette. Yug'sT-shirt and clothes worn by them while committing the crime.
