Upper Wardha EE assures to provide water for irrigation

                                                                           

SF'NSATION prevailed at Upper Wardha Office at Teosa on Monday afternoon as hundreds olfarmersinTeosaTehsildepend on the water ol'Wani distribution centre staged thiyya agitation at the office for the demand to dis-iribulewaterforirrigalion to their farms from the centre.

The irked farmers withdrew their agitation after the assurance from ihe officer of Upper Wardha Department to provide water from the centre.

According to information, the Chandur Dhore village in Teosa tehsil is situated at one end ofWani Distribution Centre of Upper Wardha Department. As a result farmers could not get water from die centre to their crop. The farmers from theChandur Dhore and nearby villages a few days  back submitted
