Vehicle thief caught, beaten up in Buldana

A THIEF trying lo steal a two-wheeler parked in the premises of Huldana Zilla Parishad was caught by alert citizens and then given a sound beating loo. lie was then handed over to City Police.

As per details, Chikhli's Ashok lliware and Bhujanrao Yewale work in the Gram Panchayat Department of Zilla Parishad at Buldana. They had parked their two-wheelers as usual in the premises of the office. At 'I pin, lliware noticed that a man was movingaround suspiciously near Yewale's Splendor motorcycle (MII-28/S-6059).Hiware

focussed on the man as he doubted his intensions. Soon enough, the man hroke the lock and wiring of the mobike and was about to start ihevehicleandlleefrom the spot when Hiware ran towards him and stopped him.

On seeing the chaos, other employees also gathered at the spot and took the man, identified as Sailani Shah Kadar Shah, a resident of Shegaon Idgah Plots, to task.

Some staffers snatched the plastic bag in hishand and found blank number plates, wire cutter and keys in it. The accused thrashed by the people present on the spot after that before being handed over to City Police.

Cops booked Sailani Shah Kadar Shah under relevant sections of law.
