Court rejects bail to Mohta brothers in fake will case

Mohta had alleged that accused prepared a bogus will of hermolh-er-in-law Seema Mohta at'i'ehsil Office near Akashwani Square by allegedly forging documents on January 20,2012. They then submitted the forged will in the court to grab the properly inherited by her. Prosecution staled that during investigations, it came to fore that accused prepared a forged seal and signature of a notary and concerned lawyer-notary revealed it in his statement to cops.
