MANGESH Kumbhare, the accused in a sensational murder case of Vijay Kashinaih Ingalc that occurred al new Sunilhana busstoponChandrapur-Nagpur highway near Ordnance Factory gale on November 13. was produced before the coun where he was seni to Police Custody Remand (PCR) up to November 19, 2014, informed DySP Faske. an investigating officer this case, while talking to 'the Hitavada'. It was revealed in the investigation thai the accused and the deceased were fast friends asholh were working as conductors in WarorabusdcpoiofMSRTCand living in the same village. Both of them were married and used to go to each other's house. Meanwhile Mangesh suspected that the deceased Vijay had illicit relation with his wife. Since then he had decided lo eliminate him. On the day of incident, Mangesh was wailing for Vijay on the Sumthana bus stop as he knew latter's whereabouts and when he noticed Vijay getting down from the bus, he attacked him with knife first and then with one blade of the scissor killing him on the spot and (led from the spot before the people could reach there 10 help, said Abhijii Faske.On being informed, the police reached lo ihe spot till then critically InjuredVijay was moved to the Rural Hospital by the people present there but the doctor declared him brought dead. After the post mortem his body was handed over to his nearest relatives. The accused had surrendered himself before the police on the day of the incident.
