PERSONALITY Development workshop was organised for the First and Second Year students from Engineering stream of IBSS College of Engineering. The workshop was organised in the college premises.

Milind Patre. Direclor of Udan Audilorious. guided the students N M Gaifane. Academic Dean of the college, chaired the workshop while Dr S G Patil. Principal, and Or RM Deshmukh were (lie chief guests.

Paire said on the occasion that siudents should finalise their goal and should adopt positive attitude in their life by belciving in themselves. Students should control their anger and should consider themselves inferior to others, he added. Those who reached the top in their respective fields did not have an exceptional talent or power and achieved success owing to their self belief, said Patre.
