Believers' Chruch distributes mosquito nets to poor people
TAKING service to humanity is service 10 almighty mission ahead Believers' Church distributed mosquito nets lo as many as 2000 poor people recently.
The function was held here in the premises of the church recently. Vijay Meshram. Executive Engineer of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) and Dr Yadao Ramtefce. renowned Ophthalmologist, were the guests of honour on the occasion.Father Udav Kodchade chaired the programme.
Lauding the efforts of the church. Engineer Vijay Meshram and Dr Ramtcke said that in view of mosquito menace that spread diseases like Malaria and Dengue, protecting the poor people from such deadly diseases is need of the hour.
Initiative taken by the church in this regard is commendable and is meant to spread message among the poor that someone cares for them.
Father Kodchade in his address informed that various social activities are undertaken by church for the welfare of the poor.
Earlier blankets, trolleys and rickshaws were given to the needy. The health check-up camp is arranged regularly even1 year.
