Addressing further Gadkari said that State Government has burdened Maharashtra with a loan worth Rs 3 lakh crore but still the agriculture development ratio of Maharashtra is just 3 per cent as compared to 13 per cent of Gujarat and 24 per cent of Madhya Pradesh.
