THE 5th version of the CREDAI
Nagpur Metro's Property Expo 2014 at Chitnavis Centre, beside Hislop College concluded in a ceremony filled with lots of activity. The guests of the evening were Pravin Dalkc. Mayor of Nagpur City and Sandip Joshi,  Ex-Chairman  of Standing Committee. Prashant  Sarode Presidem. CREDAI Nagpur Metro while speaking on the occasion said that footfall for the event was larger than expected. The USP for the expo this year was that only sanctioned properties will be displayed and this led to a confidence in the minds of the visitors. Non sanctioned properties are cropping up in large numbers which had no reliability in terms of deliverance which was removed by this expo. He explained that this year the total footfall was over 12.000. Anil Nair. Secretary of CREDAI Nagpur Metro, commented that this year the expo garnered a great response where public in huge number thronged the stalls of various builders. Daike giving his insights on the event said that such events should he organised every year where it should caitT to each economic class. The addresses were followed by an award distribution ceremony. The winners were judged by Kailash Jogani and Jaideep Shah from the jury. The award for the best sales content was won by Easaara Metro Park. Luxora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The runner ups were Radha Madhav Developers and PushkarGroup. The next category was best stall design which was won by Godrej Properties with Pioneer Group and Luxora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.. being the runner ups. The last category was small stall category which was won by KK Associates Builders and Developers with Nani's Buildcon Pvt Ltd being the runner up. The vole of thanks was proposed by Vishal Agrawal.Convener. Property Expo. Also present on the occasion were Rahul Gugalyia from Godrej Properties. Rakesh Alankar and Anil Singh from Prozone Palms. Aditya Gupta from Leverage Group and Pradeep Tatawar from Pyramid Group and all CRF.DAI members.
