NATIONAL Service Scheme Squad of Sipna College of Engineering and Technology. Amravati. distributed school material, medicines and clothes to the students in Ashram run by Kasturba Sarvodaya Maiidal. Madhan in Chandur Bazar tehsil of the district recently.

National Service Scheme volunteers distributed educational material, medicines and clothes distribution to the students from or phange. blood donation camp.They also implemented various programmes such as tree plantation, making Maltekadi premises and various other places plastic free under the guidance of Jagdish Gupta, President of the institute, and Dr Siddharlha Ladke. Principal, through out the year. As part of these programmes medicines, school materials and clothes distribution programme was organised at Ashram run bgy Kasturba Sarvodaya Mandal. Madhan. Balasahcb Patwardhan. Secretay' of Kasturba Sarvodaya Mandal. Madhan chaired the programme while Anand Deshmukh. NSS Regional Co-ordinator of Sant Gadgebaba Amravaii Universiiy. Shivaji Mohod. Sarpanch, Gajanan Pise, Police Patil. Amil Bhande and Sharad Junghare were present as the chief guests. Fruits and sweets also were distributed. Dr Avinash Gawande. Head of Computer Dcparment. distributed colour televsion set to the ashram while Ishant Rajgure, Ujjwal Ramekar and their friends presented medicines. Students from the college also presented the clothes collected to Shivaji Mohod, Sarpanch from Madhan for extending their help to the Hood-affected people.
