STUDENTS' Unions supported by different political parlies got success in die elections of college-level students' council secretaries in the tehsils where they have stronghold.

In Daryapurtchsil. Praehi Mendlie of Nationalist Youth Congress Party won elections from Late Kokilabai Gawande Women's College while Akash Gawande won elections from Arts and Commerce College of Yeoda in the same tehsil. Sooraj Dahal of Nationalist Youih Congress won from Yadavrao Deshmukh College of Teosa defeating candidate of Shiv Sena-BJP and Congress alliance. In the Chhagan Bhujbal College of Surwadi village also, students' organisation of the party got success in registering the victory where Ashwini Lodh emerged as victorious.
