Divisional Commr hears plaints through Tele Sampark'
DIVISIONAL Commissioner D P Ahirwar gave patient hearing to plethora of complaints received by the district administration through Tele Sampark programme and gave necessary directions to senior officials to redress the complaints within fixed time limit. He also instructed the officials to present before him the action taken report in concerned matters.
In a complaint. Swati Sharma. a girl student of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kothi under Kotma Development Block in District Anuppur said that she had acquired maximum numbers in class eighth examination during 2012-13, despite she was not given encourage amount.
On that the Divisional Commissioner directed the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Department Anuppur to investigate the matter and submit before him the action taken report.
Similarly, Ramadhar Jaiswal. a resident of Village Kudri under Maanpur lehsil in Anuppur district informed that his case was approved under the Indira Awas Yojana. Later, on the advice of Sarpanch and Secretary of the Janpad Panchayat. he got a constructed house, but the Panchayat Secretary and Sarpanch are were not paying the sanctioned money to him.
The Divisional Commission directed the Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat to investigation the matter and redress the problem and also informed him of the action taken by him.
Likewise. Shyam Sunder Shukla a resident of Shahdol complaint that the then Assistant Commissioner, Tribal
Development Department. Umaria did promotion of Assistant teachers through illegal means without ascertaining the roaster on September 24, 2013.
A large number of ineligible teachers were benefited. Shukla said he in the past had drawn the attention of concerned authorities towards the same, but till the dale no action was taken in this regard.The applicant was informed that a report was received from the District Collector Umaria in the matter. Now needed action would he taken early.
Similarly, other people also complaint about the indifferent attitude of senior officials of government departments. In one such complaint a complainant informed that he had made supply of construction material for building a road under Rojgar Guarantee Yojana hut he did not get any money for the supply of construction material lo the tune of Rs 1.84 lakh.
Similarly, one Sandeep Mishra of Janpad Panchayat Sohagpur informed that he had submitted an application for guest teacher at Primary School. Dhanpur hut he was not given appointed in spite another candidate who got less numbers to him was given appointment.
Giving patient ear to all the complaints the Divisional Commissioner directed all concerned senior officials to ensure needed action and resolve the matters early.
